Assigned to Po Sheng a 4 Billion dollars program which provided Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Link-16 like data capability for allied nations Air, Sea, Land and Joint Command/Operations Centers and their defensive platforms, responsible for all engineering phase activities associated to system requirements development and verification, system design, facilities and equipment installation, system integration & test of  all Network Centric ARMY centers, radars sites, and TATDLS RF vehicles (ADCC, GMR), and final sell off.

Program management accomplishments:

·             Created/Updated SOW for contractors/subcontractor engineering support

·             Created/Baselined/Updated Project Plans, budgets negotiations, and related activities.

·             Supported DCMA activities, IBR, and Internal/External Program Management reviews (PMRs)

·             Performed risk management by identifying risks and realized opportunities in excess of $500 K.

·             Coordinated with program managers and IPT engineering leads (software, hardware, integration, and test) to plan and complete major software upgrades.

Accomplishments:

·             Conducted research on a voice (TDM), and data (IP) network to enable telecommunications service providers to bundle voice and data over a single broadband access network.

·             Managed lab IP Network performance with HP Open View management tool; configured IP routers, switches, and VLAN devices to meet customer requirements; implemented firewall/VPN security.

Assigned to support the Peace Shield Program, a $1.5 billion dollars Air defense system that allowed the Royal Saudi Air Force to manage its airborne and ground-based resources. System included Command Operations Centers, regional centers, long-range radars, and it integrates 17 combined long-range radar and remote-controlled air/ground radio communications sites; and an associated telecommunications network.

Accomplishments:

·             Performed CDRL creation/update (IRS, SSDD), and participated in technical peer reviews.

·             Managed equipment installation activities of networking devices, telephone, and communication systems.

·             Performed system integration of computers, network and communication devices at command centers and remote sites.
